Glen started as a participant on the first ESF/Connect Youth programme delivered as Youth in Motion by The Bytes Project.
Although this particular module focused on Law & Order/Youth Justice, the overall course content focuses on helping the young person be better qualified and prepared for employment. Glen was an active participant throughout the nine weeks of the programme and enjoyed in particular learning about how young people are treated within the Youth Justice system.
Glen successfully completed the Law & Order module in Derry Bytes. As the course was coming to an end he talked of a possible job opportunity in a bar/restaurant which had arisen in the Isle of Wight.
Ronan and Kevin are delighted to report that Glen was successful in getting the job and is now resident on the Isle of Wight.
